We screen how you actually move.
Find the weak link before it finds you. A movement screen, a plan for the thing it turns up, and a working gym on the other side of the wall to go fix it in.
What It Is
Nobody can promise you will never get hurt, and anyone who does is guessing with your season. The honest goal is narrower and a great deal more useful: find the thing your body is quietly compensating around, and deal with it while it is still cheap to deal with.
That starts with a screen. How you squat, hinge, land, rotate, and hold a position once you are tired. Dr. Harris is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a certified strength and conditioning specialist, so he reads one movement two ways at once: what is likely to give, and what it would take to make it strong.
Then you go train it. The clinic sits inside TTG Hillsborough, a working training facility, so the plan does not stop at the door and the loading happens in the same building. When you are past rehab and want the strength and return to sport side, that continues in Thrive, under his direct oversight.
Screened, then actually trained
What It Helps
You are not afraid of hard work. You are afraid of the season your body decides for you. Ignore the niggle and it picks its own timing, and it is never the week you could spare.

You stop training around the same old niggle.
Heavy days stop feeling like a gamble.
You get strong where you were quietly compensating.

No, and anybody who says yes is selling you something. Sport has contact, fatigue, and bad luck in it. What a screen does is shrink the odds and shorten the road back when something does happen, because the weak link already has a name and you have already been training it. That is a real advantage. It is not a force field.
Usually, yes. Most people have a side that rotates better, a hip that quits under fatigue, or a landing that leaks force through the knee. None of it hurts yet, which is exactly why it is worth an hour. Your initial screen is a full 60 minutes, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and every visit after that is 45 focused minutes, one-on-one, and the gym is on the other side of the wall when it is time to load it.
It depends on your plan, and we would rather tell you straight than guess. Use the free benefits check and we will confirm exactly what your plan covers before you commit to anything. Prefer to just ask a person? Call (336) 214-5308.
